The Territory of Alaska has completed arrangements for the purchase of the Garside Building at Third and Seward Streets. The purchase price of $15,000 and funds for it were provided by the last legislature. The Territorial Library and Museum will be located on the first floor of the building, while the second floor will be occupied by territorial offices, including those of the Territorial Treasurer, the Attorney General and the Commissioner of Education.
